1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopinkoo (“Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. About Shopinkoo

Shopinkoo is a technology platform that enables owners (“Shop Owners”) to create online shops, list products, accept orders, and optionally collaborate with promoters to grow their business.

Shopinkoo does not own, sell, resell, or deliver products listed on the Platform. All transactions are solely between the Shop Owner and the Customer.

3. User Roles

The Platform supports multiple types of users:

• Shop Owners (Owners): Create and manage shops, products, promoters, and orders.
• Promoters: Promote products and earn commissions as defined by the Shop Owner.
• Customers: Place orders through public shop pages, with or without an account.

4. Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

5. Products, Orders & Payments

All product details, pricing, availability, fulfillment, refunds, and warranties are the sole responsibility of the Shop Owner.

Shopinkoo is not responsible for disputes between Shop Owners, Promoters, and Customers, including but not limited to order fulfillment, refunds, commissions, or product quality.

6. Promoters & Commissions

Commission structures, eligibility, and payouts are defined by the Shop Owner. Shopinkoo does not guarantee any earnings and is not liable for unpaid or disputed commissions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Attempting to access unauthorized data or accounts
• Using the Platform for fraud or abuse

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopinkoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
